These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in raffles, sweepstakes, and prize draws (each a “Raffle”) hosted by Raffa.fun (“Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By entering a Raffle, participants (“you,” “entrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family of Sponsor are not eligible.
- Entrants must have access to the internet, a Solana-compatible wallet, and a valid mailing address.
2. How to Enter
Paid Entry
- Entrants may purchase raffle tickets using SOL (Solana).
- Each ticket purchased equals one entry.
- Ticket prices and maximum ticket counts are listed on the raffle details page.
Free Entry (Alternate Method of Entry – AMOE)
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- To obtain a free entry, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and Solana wallet address on a 3”x5” card and mail it in an envelope to: Raffa.fun Sweepstakes – AMOE, [Insert Mailing Address]
- Each mail-in entry equals one (1) ticket.
- Limit: One (1) free mail-in entry per person, per raffle.
- Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the raffle end date and received within five (5) business days thereafter. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.
3. Free Online Promotional Entries
- Sponsor may offer promotional free entries through actions such as joining a Discord server, following social media accounts, or similar activities.
- These free online entries are limited to one (1) per person, per raffle unless otherwise specified.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cap the total number of online promotional free entries available per raffle.
- Online free entries are supplementary and do not replace the mail-in AMOE.
4. Raffle Period
Each raffle begins and ends at the times specified on its raffle page. Entries received outside the stated period will not be eligible.
5. Winner Selection & Odds
- Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries after the raffle ends.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received (paid + free).
- Drawing will be conducted fairly and verifiably, using on-chain records where applicable.
6. Notification & Prize Claim
- Winners will be announced on Raffa.fun and notified via their connected wallet address, Discord, or email.
- Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond or provide required information (e.g. shipping address for physical prizes) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prizes
- Prize details are listed on each raffle’s page.
- Crypto prizes are paid in SOL or specified tokens, transferred to the winner’s provided wallet.
- Physical prizes will be shipped to the winner at no cost unless otherwise stated.
- Sponsor is not responsible for taxes, duties, customs fees, or additional costs associated with claiming a prize. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
7A. Minimum Entries & Prize Substitution
- Each raffle may specify a minimum number of entries required for the advertised prize to be awarded.
- If the minimum is not met by the closing date, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion: (i) extend the raffle for a reasonable period; and/or (ii) substitute the advertised prize with a cash alternative equal to the total entry fees received for that raffle, minus up to 20% for administration and platform costs.
- In such circumstances, the winner will receive the cash alternative in full settlement and Sponsor shall have no further liability.
- By entering, participants acknowledge that Sponsor is not obliged to award the advertised prize if entry thresholds are not met.
8. General Rules
- Entries are non-transferable.
- Any attempt to tamper with or abuse the raffle system will result in disqualification.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a raffle if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity.
- Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, selection, and prize distribution are final.
9. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, and partners from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in a raffle or acceptance of a prize. Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, performance, or merchantability of any prize.
10. Privacy
By entering, you consent to Sponsor collecting and using your information (wallet address, Discord, email, etc.) to administer raffles. Sponsor will not sell or share personal information except as required by law or necessary to operate raffles.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., State of Delaware, USA]. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].
